Do you have a tourism project in Gers Armagnac? Whether you're at the idea stage, the creation stage, or the development stage of your business, our teams support you every step of the way. Advice, networking, practical resources, and key information about the region: we help you build a solid, coherent project tailored to the realities of the local market.
Driven by a desire to better support tourism project developers, the Gers Departmental Tourism Committee (CDT) and the local Tourist Offices have jointly developed a shared tool. Born from a collective objective: to clarify the project development stages, make administrative and financial processes more transparent, and promote all existing support mechanisms.
This guide, therefore, brings together, in a public service spirit, the resources available in the area. It can be used in its entirety or by thematic fact sheets, as a practical and structured tool to better guide you, streamline your procedures, and strengthen the coherence of interventions.
This guide consists of two complementary parts:
1/ A departmental document, designed by the Gers Departmental Tourism Committee Destination Gers with the Tourist Offices and in collaboration with the consular chambers, the departmental booking agency, UMIH, FHPA, labels and brands with departmental representatives. It presents the key steps to build a tourist accommodation project, as well as useful resources and contacts at the Gers level.
2/ local variations, carried out by each Tourist Office integrating the specificities of their territory: support offered by the Tourist Office, statistics and local contacts.
Cycling tourism is developing in the Gers, driven by numerous marked and safe cycle routes.
Le Home Cycling label, supported by the Gers Departmental Tourism Committee (CDT), allows professionals to offer a welcome adapted to cycle tourists and to better meet their needs.
