It represents environmental and health excellence in products and services. Thanks to transparent criteria, it allows consumers to make informed choices, without compromising on quality or health.

Green Station

The Station Verte label distinguishes rural communities committed to nature and local tourism.

It promotes destinations offering outdoor activities, a preserved environment and quality tourist reception, encouraging the discovery of natural and local heritage.

Towns and Villages in Bloom

The "Villes et Villages Fleuris" (Towns and Villages in Bloom) label recognizes municipalities committed to improving the quality of life through floral displays, landscaping, and the enhancement of public spaces. It rewards communities that contribute to attractiveness, environmental quality, and the welcoming environment for residents and visitors.

Committed Organic Territory

The Ténarèze region is fully committed to a sustainable and responsible approach by participating in various recognized labels, such as Villes et Villages Fleuris (Towns and Villages in Bloom) and Territoires Bio Engagés (Committed Organic Territories). These distinctions recognize local initiatives to protect the environment, improve the quality of life, and promote tourism that respects both resources and the local community.

Terra Gers

This label recognizes tourism operators in the Gers region committed to sustainable tourism practices. It highlights professionals who prioritize ecotourism, eco-responsibility, and short supply chains, promoting tourism that respects the environment, local expertise, and the region. 137 service providers are represented in the Ténarèze area alone!

Clef Verte eco-label

The Green Key label is the first international sustainable tourism label for accommodations and restaurants. It requires respect for nature and people through controlled consumption and waste, as well as through leisure activities that do not harm nature and by promoting local stakeholders and natural assets.

Remarkable Garden

The Remarkable Garden label, awarded by the Ministry of Culture, distinguishes parks and gardens open to the public that possess particular landscape, historical, or botanical interest. It recognizes gardens whose composition, maintenance, and integration into the landscape are of high quality, and encourages their enhancement and public discovery.

Organic farming

The Organic Farming label guarantees that a product comes from an environmentally friendly production method, based on the prohibition of synthetic chemical pesticides and fertilizers, as well as GMOs. It certifies that agricultural and food products comply with strict specifications and official controls, promoting the protection of biodiversity and natural resources.

High Environmental Value (French Environmental Label)

High Environmental Value (HVE) is a certification awarded to farms committed to environmentally friendly practices. It recognizes farms that limit their impact on soil, water, and biodiversity, particularly through the responsible management of inputs, water, and agricultural ecosystems.

Welcome to the farm

A network of agricultural producers, coordinated by the Chamber of Agriculture, this label highlights committed producers who value direct sales or short supply chains, enabling contact between producers and consumers and promoting agritourism activities.

Tables of the Gers

The "Les Tables du Gers" label recognizes restaurateurs, caterers, and producers committed to promoting Gers gastronomy. It guarantees homemade cuisine prepared with fresh, seasonal, and local products, favoring short supply chains and regional expertise. The Ténarèze and Lomagne regions are particularly well-represented in the restaurant and produce sectors.

Bib Gourmand Michelin

The Bib Gourmand is a Michelin Guide distinction that recognizes restaurants offering quality cuisine at an affordable price. It highlights establishments that provide excellent value for money, where one can enjoy refined and generous cuisine without the prices of Michelin-starred haute cuisine.

Vignobles & Découvertes

The Vignobles & Découvertes (Vineyards & Discoveries) label recognizes wine tourism destinations offering a comprehensive experience centered around vineyards and wine: wineries, accommodations, restaurants, cultural sites, and discovery activities. It guarantees visitors a consistent and high-quality tourist experience in the heart of wine-growing regions. In the Gers department, this label is managed by the CDTL (Departmental Tourism Committee) and the BNIA (National Interprofessional Bureau of Winegrowers).

Independent Winegrower

The Independent Winemaker label distinguishes winemakers who cultivate their vines, make their own wine, and handle its marketing themselves. It guarantees a wine from a family or artisanal estate, reflecting the winemaker's expertise and the identity of their terroir.

The Fine Wines of Artagnan

The Bons Crus d'Artagnan label recognizes establishments committed to showcasing the wines and Armagnacs of the Gers region. It celebrates professionals who offer a selection of quality local wines, contributing to the promotion of the wine heritage and gastronomic identity of Gascony.

Accueil Vélo (Cyclists welcome)

The Accueil Vélo (Cyclists Welcome) label recognizes accommodations, tourist sites, and services located near cycling routes that offer facilities and services adapted to cyclists. It guarantees, in particular, a specific welcome, secure bicycle parking, and practical services for cyclists. In Ténarèze, the Tourist Office has been awarded the label, as well as three accommodations (Au Plaisir d'Étape, Le Relais de l'Espérance, and La Rose des Vents) and several bicycle rental companies.
