Presentation

Simple and easy postures, described as tonic or heavy, will act on your muscle tone and on your physical and mental relaxation.
While being collective, the sessions have a strictly individual approach.

Postural stretching is a gentle and comprehensive method created in the 1970s by physiotherapist Jean-Pierre Moreau who initially targeted athletes. This discipline combines toning, stretching and muscle relaxation to provide an immediate feeling of well-being. It is also very suitable and beneficial for people suffering from back pathologies from the cervical to the pelvis. The postural muscles that line the spine are put into action.
Through standing, sitting and lying down positions, the student works overall for better physical and intellectual comfort with muscular work associated with adapted breathing.
Progress is rapid, leading to the feeling of having worked your body and being relaxed. Only the voice of the teacher guides you through the postures in search of deep sensation.
Everyone practices at the pace of their own bodily and mental abilities.
