This former stone vineyard hut offers 35 m² of living space spread over a ground floor and a mezzanine. Secluded amidst the vineyards and accessible via a country lane, it features a small terrace, a gravel courtyard of approximately 100 m², and a 150 m² garden. The Way of St. James (Camino de Santiago) runs alongside the property. The owners' house, which also offers bed and breakfast accommodation, is about 200 meters away, with a campsite, playground, and shared 9 x 4 m swimming pool.

The accommodation includes a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with toilet, and a mezzanine lounge accessible by a ladder. There is no television.
