Deu Hountanèr Garden

A true work of art and a place of culture, this garden reveals the presence of water in Lectoure thanks to the wells present and discovered on site.

This work of art and environment is integrated into the Artistic Itineraries in Pays Portes de Gascogne – Destination Gers, supported by the Ministry of Culture as part of a public order and the European Leader du Pays Portes de Gascogne program.

This project is proposed by the artists Hughes Rochette and Nathalie Brevet in conjunction with the landscapers of agencedap and partly financed by the City of Lectoure.

The garden was built so that the plants follow the water veins, to "draw" the place where the water passes.
