Nicknamed the "friends' tour", because it is often used by local runners.
Starting from the port of Valence-sur-Baïse, climb the famous Hérisson hill to test your legs, and reach the fortified town of Valence and its shops... No! Already a coffee break?!
Pass in front of the church and the town hall. Continue behind the school to take the legendary "goat path" to cross the bridge over the Auloue and reach the Tauzia mill.
Beautiful country lanes lead you to the Tauzia tower, a significant medieval site, then, skirting a lake, you'll reach the incredible views of Maignaut-Tauzia. All that remains is to descend towards the Auloue river, cross it, wind your way through the industrial park and the Jamon housing estate, and then, via the GR de Pays long-distance hiking trail, reach the port on the Baïse river.
