A sweet break for gourmets!

Indulge in the culinary delights of Gers! In the heart of a Gascon farm, watch a demonstration of duck butchering and cooking before sitting down to a gourmet meal with traditional flavors. This is followed by an unusual encounter with water buffalo, and then a visit to a vineyard to discover the secrets of producing the products of our Armagnac-Gascogne wine region.

  • 9:30 Guided tour of your choice: The Gascon village of Saint-Puy, Or, the ancient episcopal city of Condom, Or, the fortified village of Larressingle
  • 11 hrs Duck cutting demonstration Gourmet lunch at the producer's (menu IV - see menu on the brochure to download) / Saint-Puy
  • 15:30 Visit to the L'Bufala buffalo farm and tasting of their product range accompanied by a glass of Côtes de Gascogne / Caussens wine
  • 17 hrs Visit to a vineyard or Armagnac cellar - Or, Visit to the Domaine de Malaussane, producer of Agen prunes / Condom
  • 18 hrs End of the event
