  • Friday June 26
  • 16h30: Arrival and check-in - Meals not included
  • Saturday June 27 Awakening, exploration and immersion
  • 9 p.m. - 10:30 p.m.: Yoga - A moment of grounding and movement
  • Break
  • 11 p.m. - 12:30 p.m.: Sound relaxation: An inner journey carried by vibrations, conducive to letting go.
  • Vegetarian lunch: Simple, fresh and energizing cuisine
  • 15h: Walking and discovering Lectoure: A mindful walk to Lectoure (4 km), followed by an exclusive guided tour led by a heritage specialist. Return around 18 pm on foot or by car, depending on your fitness level.
  • Dinner "Maison Raiv": A nourishing and convivial meal, prepared with care.
  • Sunday June 28 Alignment and Indulgence
  • Breakfast
  • 9h30 - 12h30: Yoga and Sophrology: A complete workshop to harmonize breath, posture and presence
  • Local lunch: An authentic meal from Gers, showcasing duck products.
  • Free afternoon: Each participant leaves at their own pace, calm, grounded and revitalized.
