  • 60mL WHITE ARMAGNAC
  • 5mL liquid sugar syrup
  • 5mL MARASQUIN liqueur
  • 5mL ABSINTHE
  • 1 dash ANGOSTURA BITTER
  • Top CHAMPAGNE
  • Lemon zest
Achievement
  • Pour all ingredients except the champagne into a mixing glass.
  • Fill with ice cubes and cool, stirring with a mixing spoon.
  • Filter into a glass and top with champagne.
  • Decorate with a lemon zest.
