For a cocktail
  • 50 mL of Blanche D’Armagnac
  • 30 mL of Lillet Blanc
  • 15 mL Dolin Dry Vermouth
  • 9 white grapes
  • 1 Shiso leaf
Achievement
  • In a mixing glass, crush the shiso leaf and the 6 white grapes using a pestle.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients, fill with ice and cool while mixing.
  • Filter into a previously cooled coupette.
  • Decorate with 3 white grapes on a cocktail stick.
