1 bottle of chilled white wine from “Le Vin Côté Femmes”
1 squeezed lime
2 tablespoons of honey from Noël and Laëtitia (see third edition of Mag Cool & Chic dans les prés)
350 mL of sparkling water
Achievement
Place the melon balls in a large pitcher, add the honey (2 tablespoons to start) and the lemon juice. Mix gently.
Add the white wine, mix gently, taste and add more honey if desired. Keep in mind that you will finish the preparation by adding sparkling water just before serving so if the mixture is too sweet or too strong, it doesn't matter. Refrigerate for one hour.
Just before serving, add the ice cream (or melon balls), lime slices, mint leaves to decorate and top with sparkling water.
