Located under the arcades of this "Most Beautiful Village in France", in the heart of the Bastide of Montréal-du-Gers, stop off at the L'Escale restaurant.
There you will taste delicious culinary blends of Gascon traditions and Malagasy exoticism.

"Because of my Malagasy origins, I thrive on slightly spicy cuisine. My customers find these flavors in the local sauce dishes that I particularly like and that I often offer on the daily menu. My menu is deliberately limited because I work mostly on short circuits with local products, for my meat and vegetables." Edith.
