Located in the heart of Armagnac, the cottage offers magnificent views of the vineyards. It is a warm, bright and rejuvenating place, ideal for discovering the region and enjoying relaxing breaks.

Located in Montréal-du-Gers with a view of the pretty hills of Armagnac, our gîte welcomes you in a green setting between vineyards and woods.
With a surface area of ​​160m2, it is adjacent to our house but separated by a corridor thus giving it its independence.
On 2 levels, it is composed on the ground floor of an equipped kitchen, a living room with stove, a large room with stove which can also be a dining room or a practice room for groups (retreats , internships). It opens onto a private south-facing terrace equipped with furniture offering a magnificent view of the vineyard and the Pyrenees on a clear day. A bathroom with WC is also located on this first level.
Upstairs, you will find 4 Oak, Willow, Yew and Marronnier bedrooms equipped with a choice of double or single beds. One has a private sink area and another has a balcony with private access to the garden via a staircase. A shower room with WC as well as a separate WC are also at your disposal on this floor.
Our 9500 m2 garden with trees and flowers as well as the 12x6m swimming pool will allow you to relax and rest.
Good cooking being one of our values, you can discover La Table de Dounia for one or more meals as well as our cooking workshops in order to learn more about the treasures of local gastronomy and elsewhere...
