Hummingbird from elsewhere

The hummingbird is a bird in perpetual motion, open to the world, a bit like Vianney. It feeds itself with this perpetual wing movement, and thus always remains on the lookout for its environment.

We know full well that we will not be able to help everyone, all pilgrims, all people in search and in reason of course), allowing the awakening of the senses, of consciousness and of self-understanding.
Our living space will be, after some changes (which will take a few months), a place of memory of work, a place of suffering, but we know that we will be able to do our part and try to help those who need it.
The mind feeds on others, on exchange and discussion... but the body also needs fuel. So we will try to bring our culinary culture imbued with Asian and Creole heat, spices (not to be confused with chili) and flavors.
A wealth of escape to other skies, to well-being.
We also wish to pass on our humble knowledge of tasting (wine, rum, whisky, Armagnac – within reason of course), allowing the awakening of the senses, awareness and self-understanding.
Everyone has abilities, gifts, so let's use them towards others and ourselves...
