ARTICLE 1 – PRICE AND NUMBER OF SEATS for tickets sold online.
1.1 Ticket prices are indicated in euros including all taxes.
1.2 All orders regardless of their origin are payable in euros.
1.3 Tickets will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the orders are recorded.
1.4 No refund will be made in the event of loss or theft of the ticket.
1.5 If a specific or reduced rate for certain audiences has been provided by the organizer, proof will be required at the entrance to the show in order to authenticate the benefit, for the holder of the specific rate ticket, of the advantage thus obtained. Without presentation of this proof, any person holding a specific or reduced rate ticket will be refused access to the event without any compensation.
ARTICLE 2 – AVAILABILITY AND PLACEMENT
2.1 The customer is informed, in real time, when placing his order, of the availability of the desired seats.
2.2 Show without seat numbering: seats purchased in the chosen price zone are allocated using the free seating method.
2.3 Show with numbered seats: selecting a seat implies choosing the corresponding price from the price list for purchasing seats. If the chosen seat is voluntarily or involuntarily located in a category different from that of the price selected in the ticket purchase section, the ticket will be invalid and will not allow access to the show.
ARTICLE 3 - PAYMENT
3.1 Payment for tickets by the customer on the EPIC Gascogne Lomagne Tourist Office website www.gers-armagnac.com is made exclusively by bank card.
3.2 The customer's bank account will be debited with the amount of the order, upon final validation of the transaction.
3.3 Payments by check made payable exclusively to the Trésor Public are sent to OFFICE DE TOURISME GASCOGNE LOMAGNE – Service Billetterie – Place du Général de Gaulle – 32700 LECTOURE. Orders are validated upon receipt of the check and subject to the availability of the desired seats at the time of receipt of the check.
ARTICLE 4 – SECURITY OF PAYMENTS AND PERSONAL DATA
4.1 SECURITY OF PAYMENTS Electronic payments made as part of transactions carried out on the EPIC Office de Tourisme Gascogne Lomagne website www.gers-armagnac.com are secured, using the LYRA NETWORK solution provided by the company PAYZEN.
4.2 PERSONAL DATA When placing an order, the EPIC Office de Tourisme Gascogne Lomagne www.gers-armagnac.com will be required, for the management of said order, to collect certain personal data from the customer (in addition to the customer's first and last name, their email address and mobile phone number are collected). This personal data does not concern elements dedicated to payment cards (number, expiry date and security code). These remain inaccessible and unknown to the seller. The personal data accessible will be used for the processing and monitoring of the customer's order, as well as in the event of a possible postponement or cancellation of the corresponding event. The customer who purchases their tickets online on the website www.gers-armagnac.com, is deemed to authorize the EPIC Gascogne Lomagne Tourist Office to send them its newsletters and to inform them of future Events organized by its partners, by SMS or by email. If they wish not to receive information from the EPIC Gascogne Lomagne Tourist Office, the customer must send an email to ant@otgl.fr. In any event, the EPIC Office de Tourisme Gascogne Lomagne reserves the right, as authorized by Article L. 34-5 of the French Post and Electronic Communications Code (Article 121-20-5 of the French Consumer Code), to send him offers of Events similar to those for which he has already placed an order with the EPIC Office de Tourisme Gascogne Lomagne www.gers-armagnac.com, except for the possibility that he will have to oppose the use of his contact details, each time such an offer is sent to him, by sending an email to ant@otgl.fr.
ARTICLE 5 – ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
5.1 The customer declares to have read and accepted these General Conditions of Sale before paying for his order.
5.2 The data recorded by the EPIC Office de Tourisme Gascogne Lomagne www.gers-armagnac.com will represent proof of transactions made on its website by the customer.
ARTICLE 6 – DELIVERY OF TICKETS
6.1 Upon confirmation of purchase, the customer will receive their ticket in their email inbox and can print it on A4 paper.
6.2 The customer can either print his ticket in black and white or in color.
ARTICLE 7 – CONTROL OF ELECTRONIC TICKETS
7.1 Tickets will be checked upon entry to the Event. In the event that multiple purchases have been made via the GASCOGNE LOMAGNE TOURIST OFFICE website and virtual store, each purchase will result in the creation of a ticket containing a 9-digit digital code present on the ticket and verified upon entry to the venue where the Event is taking place.
7.2 The Code allows the identification of the buyer and access to the details of his order.
7.3 The organizer reserves the right to check the identity of the customer at the entrance to the place where the Event is taking place. The customer must therefore be provided with an official identity document, valid and with photo: identity card, passport, driving license or residence permit.
7.4 It is strictly forbidden to reproduce, duplicate or counterfeit a ticket in any way. Reproduction of tickets is prohibited and will not provide any benefit. Only the first person presenting the ticket or a reproduction of it will be admitted to the place where the event will take place. This person is presumed to be the legitimate holder of the ticket. The person who reproduced the ticket and the user of the copy of the ticket are liable to criminal prosecution.
7.5 The organizer may refuse access to the place where the Event takes place if it realizes that several prints or reproductions of a printable ticket are in circulation and that access to the place of the Event has already been granted to the bearer of a print or reproduction. In particular, the organizer is not obliged to verify the identity of the person in possession of the ticket printable at home, nor to verify the authenticity of the ticket printable at home insofar as the copy of the ticket printable at home cannot be definitely detected. If the person holding a print-at-home ticket is refused access to the place where the Event is taking place, they will not be entitled to any refund of the price paid.
ARTICLE 8 – CANCELLATION, TRANSFER AND REFUND
8.1 Absence of right of withdrawal. In accordance with Article L 121-20-4 of the Consumer Code, show tickets are not subject to a right of withdrawal.
8.1.1 Specific case of tickets for access to leisure activities such as guided tours: refunds for tickets purchased online on the gers-armagnac.com website or physically at a reception desk are possible up to the day before the service. No refunds will be made in the event of cancellation on the same day or no-show at the start time of the service (no show). In all cases, technical and security costs for digital transactions are not refundable.
8.2 Once purchased by the customer, the ticket(s) cannot be exchanged or returned, except in the event of cancellation of an event and the organizer's decision to reimburse the tickets.
8.3 In accordance with article 1 of the law of June 27, 1919, the resale of a subsidized show ticket at a price higher than its face value is strictly prohibited and liable to penalties.
8.4 It is recalled that the running of events is subject to the sole conditions set by the organizers of said events, which are subject to their sole and exclusive responsibility. Consequently, any decisions to cancel, postpone or modify the program of an event will obey the conditions of these organizers, without the responsibility of the EPIC Office de Tourisme Gascogne Lomagne www.gers-armagnac.com being sought. In the event of cancellation of an event, the banking service fees will, in any case, be retained by the EPIC Office de Tourisme Gascogne Lomagne www.gers-armgnac.com.
8.5 The customer accepts that the EPIC Office de Tourisme Gascogne Lomagne www.gers-armagnac.com, informed by the organizer of an event, of any decision affecting the conditions of the running of said event (such as cancellation, postponement, change of the location of the organization), uses the contact details that he will have provided to the EPIC Office de Tourisme Gascogne Lomagne www.gers-armagnac.com as part of his order, in order to inform him of said modifications, as well as the procedure to follow.
8.6 In any event, any ticket purchased will not give rise to a refund, even if the ticket has not been used by the customer.
8.7 Tickets for cancelled events must be presented/returned/sent back to the place where they were purchased, no later than 30 days after the date of the event indicated on the ticket. After this date, tickets must be returned directly and exclusively to the organizer. Notwithstanding the conditions for returning tickets, in the event of cancellation of a show, it is the organizer, and it alone, who will proceed with refunds, exchanges, postponements, etc. according to its own rules and conditions.
8.8 Ticket transfer: the transfer of a show ticket or leisure service to a third party is possible subject to compliance with the pricing conditions of the initial ticket and with the agreement of the organizer. A reduced-price ticket may only be transferred to a third party if the latter is fully eligible for the same reduced rate. The transfer is carried out under the customer's responsibility and after informing the sales staff AND with the agreement of the organizer, so that the name changes can be recorded. The transfer of a ticket without prior information to the tourist office and without the agreement of the organizer will result in the ticket being invalidated and will not allow the third-party ticket holder access to the show.

ARTICLE 10 - LIABILITY
10.1 The EPIC Office de Tourisme Gascogne Lomagne www.gers-armagnac.com is responsible, with regard to its customers, for the proper execution of the obligations resulting from contracts concluded remotely, in accordance with article 121-20-3 paragraph 4 of the Consumer Code.
10.2 Each organizer sets the rules specific to the organization of the Event. These rules appear on the organizer's website or at the entrance to the place where the Event takes place or are communicated by the organizer to the customer. The client will strictly comply with the organizer's rules.

12.1 Ticket sales made on the EPIC Office de Tourisme Gascogne Lomagne website www.gers-armagnac.com are subject to French law.
12.2 In the event of a dispute, the French courts will have exclusive jurisdiction.
TICKET CONDITIONS OF USE
The ticket is subject to the general conditions of sale of the EPIC Office de Tourisme Gascogne Lomagne www.gers-armagnac.com as well as to the following specific conditions, which you accepted before purchasing the ticket:
The entrance ticket is only valid if printed on white A4 paper, blank front and back.
Entry to the event is subject to ticket validity checks. Good print quality is required. Partially printed, soiled, damaged, or illegible tickets will not be accepted and will be considered invalid.
In the event of an incident or poor print quality, you must print your .pdf or .jpg file again.
To ensure good print quality, please ensure the information on the ticket is legible. Tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable unless the event is cancelled.
In case of cancellation, only the price mentioned on the ticket will be refunded.
The ticket issued by the EPIC Gascogne Lomagne Tourist Office www.gers-armagnac.com is personal and non-transferable subject to Article 8.8 of these general terms and conditions of sale. During checks, you must have an official, valid, photo ID document: identity card, passport, driver's license, or residence permit. Family record books are accepted for children.
The ticket is only valid for the event shown on it. This title must be kept until the end of the event.
We strongly advise you to arrive no later than 30 minutes before the start of the event.
Within the event, customers who have purchased their tickets through the EPIC Gascogne Lomagne Tourist Office agree to respect the rules of good conduct set by the organizer. Furthermore, the purchase of this ticket implies adherence to the internal regulations of the event venue.
The EPIC Gascogne Lomagne Tourist Office declines all responsibility: for anomalies that may occur during the ordering, processing or printing of the ticket insofar as it has not caused them intentionally or as a result of negligence in the event of loss, theft or illicit use of the ticket.
It is strictly forbidden to reproduce, duplicate, or counterfeit a ticket in any way. Reproduction of the ticket and use of a copy of this ticket are punishable by criminal prosecution.
In the event of non-compliance with all the rules specified above, this ticket will be considered invalid.

A proposed date and a detailed quote will be sent to you by email or on your customer area within a maximum of 72 hours.
Any reservation will be effective when the quote is returned to us, dated and signed; accompanied by the deposit of 30% of the total amount of the price offer or when the box “I accept the general conditions of sale” during the online payment phase is checked. Refer to 3. Deposit and 4. Payment Conditions for details concerning the deposit.
The payment of the balance will be made through the customer account or the same day of the service on presentation of our invoice.
2. PARTICIPANTS
A stay is composed of a minimum of 2 participants. Below this number, rates are subject to change. Any late arrivals by participants must be reported as soon as possible. In this case, we reserve the right to shorten the duration of the services, the rate remaining unchanged. The schedule of the stay will be communicated to you no later than the day before the participants' arrival. The balance of the stay payment is made on the same day (credit card, check, cash) for all participants in a single payment.
3. CONDITIONS OF RESTORATION SERVICE (if applicable)
a. Menu Confirmation The price offer may include a choice between several menus. In order to fully satisfy the customer, the latter must indicate their final choice of the menu retained at the latest 1 month before the service, the date of which is definitively fixed.
b. Confirmation of the Number of Guests * The client must confirm the precise number of guests no later than 10 clear days before the service takes place.
* The final number of guests must be confirmed to us at least 3 clear days before the date of the service. During this period, an increase or decrease in the number of guests is tolerated within the maximum limit of 10% of the total number. In the event of a decrease of more than 10%, the invoice will be based on the number specified 3 days before. The final invoice will be adjusted to the actual number of guests on the day of the service. This number will then be considered as the basis on which the invoice will be established, even if the number of guests served is lower than this figure.
However, in the event of the addition of too many additional participants after communication of the final number of guests:
* The restaurant may not be able to accommodate the entire group, we will inform you if this should be the case
* Similarly, the restaurant might not be able to provide for all the planned menu; in this case a substitute menu would be served and this would be announced to the guests on the day of the service
c. Food Intolerances or Diets
It is imperative that these situations be taken into account upstream; they must be indicated exhaustively and at the latest when confirming the final number of guests. The restaurant cannot be held responsible for not being able to respond to unannounced requests.
4. DEPOSIT
A deposit of 30% of the total amount of the order is due on the day the order is confirmed. In the case of online payment, the full amount of the services is settled upon ordering. It is payable by bank transfer or by check made payable to the Trésor Public and sent to Service Groupes, Office de Tourisme Gascogne Lomagne – Place du Général de Gaulle – 32700 Lectoure. Once payment has been made, a booking confirmation will be sent to the customer. The reservation of services will only be considered final after receipt of confirmation of payment of the deposit by the bank. The balance of the payment is due from the start of the services. Any order constitutes acceptance of the prices and description of the services available for sale.

6. CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
In the event of cancellation (after firm reservation), the group will have to pay the following amounts:
* More than 30 days before the start of services: no cancellation fees
* Between the 30th and 21st day: 25% of the price of the stay.
* Between the 20th and 8st day: 50% of the price of the stay.
* Between the 7th and 2st day: 75% of the price of the stay.
* Less than 2 days before the start of services: 90% of the price of the stay.
In the event of a no-show, the customer will not be entitled to any refund.
7. Regulatory references These general and specific conditions of sale are governed by all the articles of section 2 of title one of book 2 of the legislative part of the Tourism Code. (Article L211-7 to L211-14)
