Chef Eric Sampietro invites you to taste the gourmet and original dishes of his bistronomic restaurant "Citrus, Bistrot & Atelier", located in the heart of Condom, in the Gers. 

A former chef at a Michelin-starred restaurant, he uses his experience to go further and enjoy himself, with the aim of prioritizing short supply chains and exchanges by offering creative and evolving cuisine.
"I showcase the talents of our local producers through a menu that changes with the seasons. I will offer you an evolving menu, the idea of ​​which germinates from the products of our market gardeners and breeders, all accompanied by biodynamic and natural wines" - Eric Sampietro. 

The Bistrot, which can accommodate 24 people, is a universe that mixes materials, natural and artisanal colors, in accordance with the spirit of the cuisine that will be served to you. The Workshop, like a playground, a space-time to prepare specialties, among other things... caramels, products to take away, to offer. “Homemade” or local finds selected by Eric, giving free rein to opportunities.
