Hotel Auberge de Larressingle
Larressingle
An essential stop for those with a big appetite on the Way of St. James, the Auberge de Larressingle is run by Christophe AZANZA.
A tourism and food industry professional, he wanted to restore this address to its former glory in the art of quality catering.
Ideally located at the foot of the fortified walls, one of the most visited tourist sites in the Gers and an essential stopover on the way from Le Puy to Saint-Jacques, the Auberge de Larressingle is a pleasant stopover during your stay in the medieval city. This building built of stone walls has charm and character. Keen to convey values of authenticity, simplicity and conviviality, Christophe and Laetitia offer a friendly welcome in a very pleasant setting with simple and quality gastronomy. Based on local products and producers, the chef offers you typical southwestern cuisine.
Gascon plate, homemade foie gras, grilled duck breast, confit duck leg and seasonal salads will be served in summer on the pleasant terrace with a view of the fortified city and in winter in the thick-walled dining room .
