Chef Serge Navarro offers original cuisine based on local produce, specializing in foie gras and duck. Discover and savor the subtle flavors of his dishes, paired with Côtes de Gascogne wines or Armagnac from our local producers. 

On the way to Santiago de Compostela on the GR65? Stop off at the Jardins de la Baïse, which offers a special menu if you are staying at the hotel! 

Groups, for leisure stays, or professionals are welcome. Indeed, a 75 m2 seminar room allows you to meet with a breathtaking view of the park.
