Gastronomes with local Gascon dishes to delight the taste buds, traditional at lunchtime all week or à la carte.
At lunchtime, daily menus according to the chef's wishes and seasonal produce, in the evening a à la carte menu and a Gascon menu.

A word from the chef:

"My love of cooking was passed down to me by my grandmother, who herself had it from her ancestors. This transmission of family knowledge allowed me to open up to the taste of traditional cooking from a very young age.

I started cooking in a local restaurant in Brive-la-Gaillarde which propelled me into the local and authentic culinary world. Since then, this wonderful profession has become the center of my daily life.

I later met Michel Arsufi from the restaurant "Le Papillon" in Preignan in the Gers, who was my apprenticeship master. I learned a lot from him, even more than my experiences abroad, in Bordeaux or Dijon. He instilled in me a taste for Gers cuisine and the many regional products that make it up.

Today, I want to promote these products for an explosion of flavors on your plate. So from local producers to my family, Nahid and Michel Mourmant, market gardeners and fish farmers, traditional local dishes will be in the spotlight in our restaurant."
