This former 2th-century stone farmhouse offers two charming 30m² gîtes upstairs, each with refined décor and all modern comforts to ensure a peaceful and tranquil stay! A beautiful private wooden terrace (not overlooked) of 10m² each allows you to admire the Gers countryside, as well as Condom Cathedral and stunning sunsets. Located in a lovely 3-hectare wooded park adorned with beautiful flowerbeds and rose bushes, the property is bordered by a 20km greenway (a cycle and pedestrian path) and a footpath connecting to the Way of St. James (Camino de Santiago), offering numerous walks and hikes! Hélène, daughter of a well-known Gers winemaker, will be delighted to help you discover the true Gers region. Minimum stay: 2 nights.

Upstairs: living room with sofa, kitchenette, shower room/WC, walk-in shower, and bedroom with a king-size bed (180cm). Reversible air conditioning - Non-smoking property. Sleeps 2. Bed linen, towels, cleaning, heating, and electricity are included. Breakfast €9.00 per person. Not accessible for people with reduced mobility.
