Le Hour is an old small hamlet in a dominant position on a 4ha property which combines woods and meadows. Located in Béraut between Lectoure (21km) and Condom (5km), the hamlet is surrounded by 40ha of organic fields.

On site there are several rooms and gîtes, a winery transformed into a reception room with equipped kitchen and for musicians, piano and guitar available. Shared swimming pool, landscaped park and animals (donkeys, adorable dog, cats and soon chickens, dwarf goats, pigeons and wood pigeons).

The Les Tilleuls gîte is a studio-type apartment of approximately 30 m² with 3 beds on the Mezzanine: 1 140 cm bed + 1 90 cm bed.
Kitchen in living room with gas cooking + fridge + microwave + coffee maker. Private terrace.
Access to a washing machine on request from the owner for long stays. Swimming pool shared with owner and other tenants of the small hamlet. Free parking
