Le Clos Boissière - Cozy Gîte

Let yourself be charmed by the many attractions of this part of the Gers that we call little Tuscany, in an old stone farmhouse dating from the 19th century.

I have 2 gîtes on the property, located a few dozen meters from each other: the one in the ad can accommodate 6 people, the other 8 people. You have the possibility to reserve the 2 for 14 people, or share the outdoor spaces as well as the swimming pool with the occupants of the other gite.

You can enjoy a relaxation area in the living room or in the reading corner-library, offering books for adults and children as well as board games. Depending on the season and your desires, breakfast (only for reservations in guest rooms), made with local products, will be served in the kitchen or outside. You can freely use the microwave in the kitchen. Tea, herbal tea and coffee will be available. Relaxation area with jacuzzi and possibility of massage on reservation.
The swimming pool is unheated, but the Gers temperatures allow for a very pleasant swim. Having another gîte, it will be entirely reserved for all guests. Enclosed by a fence with a gate, it is also secured by an alarm. The outdoor furniture will allow you to relax by the water, surrounded only by the sounds of nature, and why not have an aperitif or your meals there. Petanque balls will enhance these friendly moments.
You can also stroll through the 3,6 hectare park, between meadow and woods, discover the two ponds (one fenced with ganivelle and the other surrounded by a natural plant barrier), take a break with the garden furniture scattered across the property, in absolute calm.
The only constraint: whether for the swimming pool or the park, children must be under the supervision of an adult.
I have another gîte for 6 to 8 people on the estate which you can reserve in order to bring together 14 people, also with a private terrace: if this is not the case, the outdoor spaces will be shared with the other " family" who will have reserved the second gîte.
Moon, from the top of her 4 legs, will welcome you kindly: she is a cuddly and curious little cat who is used to being outside.

If you want to organize a special event: birthday, family reunion, party with friends, relaxing or artistic day and many others, I offer to take care of the entire organization, with my experience in events. The cottage has a JBL Xtreme 3 speaker.
