The Bastide

Typical house in natural stone, built on its own site with private road, wooded garden of more than 6000 m² and swimming pool, all for you in a calm and wooded environment, in the heart of the Gers Lomagne and without any overlooking.

Living area of ​​225 m² including a large living room of 40 m², an independent kitchen, four large bedrooms, a bathroom with separate shower, a bathroom with shower and a mezzanine.
A sheltered terrace adjoins the kitchen.
Next to the house, a 40 m² swimming pool, with variable depth, is exclusively reserved for you (open from June to September).
Rentals are by the week only (7 nights); in July and August, weeks are counted from Saturday to Saturday. For other seasons, the arrival day is at your discretion (last departure on Saturday, June 26, 2027).
The rent includes bed linen, cleaning, and tourist tax. Towels (bath and pool) are not provided.
The premises are strictly non-smoking. The land is not fenced.
