Nestled in the heart of the village of Puysegur, this magnificent character house offers an unforgettable experience. A former presbytery, completely renovated, the owner has harmoniously combined old-world charm with modern comforts. Each space has been carefully decorated in a style that is both refined and welcoming, offering you a warm and welcoming setting.

The ground floor welcomes you into a bright and spacious space. The fully equipped kitchen with a dining area will allow you to concoct delicious meals. Two living rooms are at your disposal to vary the atmosphere: one with a television for your moments of relaxation, the other, in Moroccan style, invites you to relax, with a magnificent glass roof that opens onto the garden, bringing beautiful natural light to the entire room. You will also find a bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as a laundry room.
The upper floor houses four bedrooms. Three bedrooms each have a 160 cm bed, and one bedroom has four 90 cm beds, ideal for children or groups of friends. Two bathrooms are available on this floor, one of which includes a toilet.

The exterior is well-kept and designed for relaxing moments with family or friends. The swimming pool, secured by an alarm, measures 7x2.50 m with a depth of 1,50 m, ideal for cooling off. Next door, the pétanque court awaits you for friendly games in complete tranquility. To complete this idyllic setting, a plancha is available.
