A bathroom with shower, separate toilet, as well as a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a large, friendly living room complete this space. You will also have a laundry room. Upstairs, a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and its private bathroom with toilet awaits you. Reversible air conditioning only in the living room.

Outside, you can enjoy a fully fenced private swimming pool, ensuring the safety of the little ones, as well as a pool house equipped with a plancha and a fridge, ideal for relaxing evenings and outdoor meals. A private garden is also at your disposal.

Pets are not allowed due to the presence of farm animals on site. End-of-stay cleaning is mandatory (€80 payable upon booking) to ensure your peace of mind until your departure.
