The Peyrebatut

In the heart of French Tuscany, ideally located between Condom and Lectoure, the Le Peyrebatut gîte welcomes you to the heart of unspoiled nature and landscapes while offering you hiking trails, tourist and gastronomic discoveries.

Access to the outside is via French doors facing south and west, opening onto two private 50 m² terraces, each furnished with a table, garden chairs, and a parasol. Here you can enjoy the sun in complete privacy. A third terrace (this one is covered) is available to you on the east side. The swimming pool (5 x 12 meters) is reserved for your use from 10:00 AM to 19:00 PM. Linens, towels, and sheets are provided for your comfort. Heating and electricity are included, while the mandatory end-of-stay cleaning fee is extra.

Access to the cottage is via a private driveway, at the end of which there is a two-car carport, close to the cottage. The owners have chosen not to install a television, in order to prioritize a return to simplicity and tranquility.

The nearby village of Saint-Puy has a small supermarket with a bread depot and a doctor's office. You can enjoy refined cuisine in a charming and welcoming setting at the restaurant "Chez Vous." In this region, known as the French Tuscany, which values ​​a relaxed lifestyle, everyone will find something to enjoy, whether exploring unspoiled nature and landscapes or visiting local historical sites. Among the must-sees are the Collegiate Church of La Romieu and Auch Cathedral, both UNESCO World Heritage sites.
The owners will be keen to share with you their discoveries of this region which they have fallen in love with.
On-site activities: swimming pool, bicycles, board games and table tennis

The swimming pool is open from May 15th to September 15th, weather permitting. It is not heated.
