Refocus, breathe, and explore the Gers in a different way

Friday June 26

16:30 PM: Arrival and check-in - Meals on your own

Saturday, June 27th: Awakening, exploration and immersion

9am - 10:30am: Yoga - A moment of grounding and movement
Break

11am - 12:30pm: Sound relaxation: An inner journey carried by vibrations, conducive to letting go.
Vegetarian lunch: Simple, fresh and energizing cuisine

15pm: Walk and discovery of Lectoure: A mindful walk to Lectoure (4 km), followed by an exclusive guided tour led by a heritage specialist.

Return around 18pm on foot or by car depending on your fitness level
"Maison Raiv" Dinner: A restorative and convivial meal, prepared with care.

9:30 am - 12:30 pm: Yoga and Sophrology: A complete workshop to harmonize breathing, posture, and presence

Local lunch: An authentic meal from Gers, showcasing duck products.

Free afternoon: Each participant leaves at their own pace, feeling calm, grounded and revitalized.
