Musical Nights in Armagnac The Nuits Musicales en Armagnac are the classic event of the Gascon summer and, after 56 editions, one of the oldest festivals in France.
From mid-July to mid-August, the greatest international artists mingle with young talents to bring to life the most beautiful places of Gers heritage.
Thus, the ramparts of Lectoure, the cathedral of Condom, the church of Terraube and the Château de Lavardens welcome the Orchester National du Capitole de Toulouse, the dancers of the Paris Opera, recitals by the greatest soloists, but also creations of operas and other lyrical shows “raised in the heart of the Gers”, jazz concerts, “lyrical cabaret” evenings, actions for young audiences and in nursing homes as well as choral sessions.

Bassoon Concerto – Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart
Symphony No. 7 – Ludwig Van BEETHOVEN
The Orchestre national du Capitole de Toulouse has established itself as one of the world's great symphony orchestras and has remained a loyal friend of the NMA for over thirty years. Under the baton of the Russian-Dutch musician Alexei Ogrintchouk, one of the most brilliant musicians of his generation, this program juxtaposes two facets of Viennese classicism: on the one hand, the dramatic and heroic sweep of Beethoven, with the overture to Prometheus and the flamboyant Symphony No. 7, described by Wagner as the "apotheosis of the dance"; on the other, the luminous elegance of Mozart in his Bassoon Concerto, the only concerto he dedicated to this instrument that has survived to this day.

Around Allegri's Miserere: From Shadow to Light
The a cappella vocal ensemble Dulci Jubilo brings together eight singers around a repertoire where the purity of their voices resonates with the full richness of sacred music. Their program offers a true journey through eight centuries of choral creation, linking tradition and modernity in a single spiritual breath. From the fervor of Claudio Monteverdi's Adoramus Te to the contemporary sounds of Kerensa Briggs, this journey culminates in Gregorio Allegri's celebrated Miserere, a jewel of the sacred repertoire. Between shadow and light, the voices unfold in a sensitive dialogue with the space, revealing the full expressive power of choral singing.
