Nestled in the land of Armagnac, Escagnan is a newly arrived distillery with the idea of ​​creating a local whiskey.
We are launching the first French moonshine

Moonshine or "white flash" was a term used to describe this clear brandy that was produced in illicit stills after dark to keep it hidden from prying eyes.
Les Bonhomme is part of this tradition of offering high quality moonshine... the only difference is that now the State gets its share.
To give taxpayers what they are owed, to avoid all the excitement of smuggling and to simplify distribution.
No need for a souped-up car to outrun the federal agents.
Now all we have to do is load it into a truck.
Most importantly, we have ensured that its distillation process does not cause any blindness.
