Frédéric Bétous, countertenor
Steve Zheng, tenor
Marc Busnel, bass
La Main Harmonique is renowned for its interpretations of Renaissance and early Baroque repertoire. With the Sortilège program, it takes a further step toward intimacy with the audience.
The voices resonate like incantations and act on the listener like a magic formula. They speak of love, they are joyful or sad. They evoke at times a lush nature, at times a nature in peril. They play with paradox and question us at the very depths of our humanity.
