DANCE & ANIMALS, every month meet an animal in dance

Totem animals, power animals, animal allies... Who are they, and how can you meet them?

A series of 7 workshops to connect you, through dance, with several archetypes and representatives of the animal world.

- The Bear: September 14,
- The Doe: October 12,
- The Owl: November 16,
- The Deer: December 14,
- The Bison: January 11,
- The Wolf: February 15 and
- The Starfish: March 15.

The workshops take place on Sunday afternoons from 14:30 p.m. to 17:30 p.m.

Each workshop is designed as an exploration in movement, an inner journey punctuated by moments of free dance, connection to oneself, creativity, listening, and sharing. We will thus be able to let ourselves be inspired by each animal, and receive their messages through the different practices offered.

No prerequisites, just the desire to discover and let yourself be carried away!

Price: €35 per workshop, €90 for 3 workshops or €200 for the complete cycle.
The cycle can be followed in its entirety, or each workshop independently of the others.
