The Flame of Armagnac

The festive, gourmet Flamme de Montréal is back on November 14th and 15th to celebrate its 30th anniversary.

Discover the unique atmosphere of this Armagnac region, which celebrates the distillation of future eaux-de-vie! Every year, once the harvest is over, the distillation period returns.
The whole of Gascony lives to the rhythm of Armagnac distillation. The festivities that accompany it are great moments of conviviality, but also of culture, encounters and discoveries, particularly during dinners organized around the still in various estates.

In the heart of the Ténarèze region, the meeting point is Montréal du Gers.
Throughout the weekend, you can go hiking, take an organized bike tour, eat, dance and taste.

Saturday November 14:

HIKING
At 9:00 AM, gathering at the hunting lodge in Montreal for coffee and pastries.
At 9:30 am, departure for the morning hike for a circuit of 5 or 12 km.

At 12:30 pm, aperitif, picnic lunch at Domaine de Maubert
At 14:30 pm, departure for a 7 km walking circuit.
From 19:30pm, head to the multimedia room for the gourmet evening hosted by the local band, the Kanari's, and the dance party will be hosted by the group NEXT.

Sunday November 15:

HIKING
At 9am, in the multimedia room, Gascon breakfast,
At 9:30 am, departure for the 7 km hike.
Price: €10 (breakfast and hike)
At 12pm, chicken stew lunch in the multimedia room
