After discovering Les Jardins de Coursiana in La Romieu, you head towards Caussens.

At 11:45 AM – The Buffalo Farm
Lucile and Fabien open the doors of their buffalo farm to you, a rare and surprising activity in the Gers! With passion, they tell you about their daily life and introduce you to their products made from buffalo milk and meat.
Next up was a farm lunch, entirely composed of their specialties:
- Bruschetta with summer vegetables and mozzarella
- Buffalo milk ice cream
- Glass of wine or artisanal apple juice and coffee

This discovery can also be made as a day trip.
