The Gardens of Hridaya: Cultivating the Essential. Join us for a four-day workshop in the heart of the Gers countryside, led by Sylvie Icart, Fabiol, and Héléna Serniguet.

Come and settle in a silent place cultivating biodiversity, simplicity, listening... A journey to the heart of the Self, in the benevolent gentleness to offer oneself... Find the Breath: breathing, stretching, gentle postures, sound practice, and encounter meditation brought by the singing of mantras... Find one's Essence, that of creativity not to create a masterpiece but to express oneself fully in the joy of giving oneself this simple freedom... And then the Beauty of the Gers nature, in this enchanted place and honor the elements in the stone circle around a fire if the weather permits... And many other surprises!
This retreat is open to everyone; no prerequisites!

Full board program from Thursday 14 p.m. to Sunday 16 p.m.

- Thursday, August 7: Presentation of the retreat, presentation circle, time for centering and connection,
Collective creation of a plant mandala after meeting with the different gardens, Yoga time,
Meal under the chestnut tree or inside.

- Friday, August 8: Morning yoga (1 hours) followed by guided meditation (30 hour)
Free time, followed by Lunch, Nap, Connection/Meditation with a plant chosen from the garden – Creation of an oily macerate…
Guided relaxation with the chosen plant – Yoga nidra
Dinner, short evening stroll.

- Saturday, August 9: Morning yoga (1 hours) followed by guided meditation (30 hour),
Free time, followed by lunch.
Dare to be creative – Workshop in nature (collage, watercolor, cutting, harvesting bark, feathers, plants, etc.)

Dinner, followed by Full Moon Meditation at the stone circle under the stars.

- Sunday, August 10: Morning yoga (1 hours) followed by guided meditation (30 hour),
Creation of a collective work, followed by Lunch,
Final sharing circle and closing meditation of the retreat.
