This program features soprano Julia Wischniewski who, accompanied by the orchestra Les Passions under the direction of Jean-Marc Andrieu, will perform a selection of the most beautiful arias from Handel's operatic heroines: Scipione, Giulio Cesare in Egitto, Alcina, Rinaldo, and Amadigi di Gaula. The Concerto Grosso Op. 6 No. 1 in G major will complete this tribute to Handel.
