Join us, dressed to the nines, for this crazy evening and the transition to the new year! We'll see you at the Maignaut-Tauzia village hall.

Food lovers and partygoers come together around a festive menu:

- Starters: Pan-fried hot foie gras, apple and hibiscus sauce and salmon gravlax pancakes with whipped cream made from fresh cheese, mango pickles and caviar lemon.
- Dish: Fillet of capon and fine stuffing with ceps and chestnuts, cream with black garlic from Gers and crushed bintje with Pyrenees cheese.
- Cheese: Pyrenees cheese and black cherry jam accompanied by salad.
- Dessert: Vanilla and Gianduja half-sphere.

A glass of Pousse rapière will be served as an aperitif at the table/ Selection of red, rosé and white wines/ A flute of champagne will accompany the meal.
