Every Saturday morning, the heart of the fortified town of Valence-sur-Baïse comes alive to the rhythm of the farmers' market.

In a warm and authentic atmosphere, locals, visitors and lovers of the local produce come together to discover the flavors of Gers and meet those who produce them.
