Singer Fanta Sayon Sissoko, bearer of the Griot heritage, succeeds in making her music a link between yesterday and tomorrow. Her passion immediately immerses us in the vibrant energy of contemporary Africa.

With the Baouba project, she and her four musicians speak to us of their lands, their languages, their values, and transport us to the sultry atmospheres of West African suburbs. The powerful groove, drawn from the best sources of Mandinka and Songhai musical traditions and combined with a stunning modernity, sweeps everything in its path!
