On the occasion of this exceptional evening, the team of the Les Orages performance hall in Lectoure will present all the shows programmed in its 2026/2027 cultural season. The Compagnie Ciment d'Or will then show the public the result of a week-long residency spent at Les Orages, a work stage in the construction of its next show, the FREAKS AND LOVE CABARET.

The flickering neon lights mark the entrance to a place that is both warm and unsettling: the FREAKS AND LOVE CABARET. Guided by a ringmaster who is as disturbing as he is endearing, this cabaret brings together singular, sublime, and excessive creatures who, in reality, have only one desire: to be loved.

Through a variety of acts – theatre, drag, circus, song, dance – the show explores love in all its forms: poetic, unconventional, tender, or disturbing. The monstrous is not what frightens us, but what deviates from imposed norms. These freaks become a mirror to our desires, our flaws, and our humanity.

In a socially tense world, this show invites us to dare to fall, to embrace the strange, and to seek light in the heart of the abyss. A free, audacious, and profoundly human space where love is reinvented outside of dictates.
