The Stuverie opens its doors for a convivial day celebrating black garlic. On the program: a tour of the stuverie, a complimentary aperitif, a country-style meal featuring black garlic prepared by chef Charlotte Latreille, a farmers' market, and outdoor games.
L'Étuverie invites you to its 5th annual open house on Saturday, September 5, 2026, at Grand Sauzens in Cadeilhan, for a delicious and convivial day celebrating organic black garlic. Discover the secrets of our black garlic production during a tour of the drying house, enjoy a complimentary aperitif, and then savor a country-style black garlic lunch prepared by Chef Charlotte Latreille of the Hôtel Le Bellevue restaurant in Cazaubon. The afternoon will continue in a relaxed and festive atmosphere with a farmers' market, outdoor games, pétanque, and a darts tournament. A wonderful opportunity to spend a warm and welcoming time with family or friends in the heart of the Gers region.
