Discover the inner workings of a winery through a cellar tour and a tasting led by Rémi, the winemaker.
Optional activities available beforehand: Sensory walk with Annabelle Morlan, Country Storyteller
or a tour through the vineyards with our experts Pierre and Julien
19 p.m.: Wine and cocktail bar. Gourmet platters.
21pm: VinePolign'Art Evening. Reservations required. Friendly meal featuring a rib-eye steak. Complimentary glass of Armagnac.
Live concert by Elimbert, where the Basque Country meets Gascony.
